The annual Hong Kong / Macau food journey continued. Today’s afternoon tea is...SNAKE STEW. Sounds scary but damn if it isn’t bloody delicious. No frill shop front with a giant chest of drawer full of snakes sitting in the middle, photos of boss lady (“the snake queen”) with celebs and her handling giant snakes plastered all over the wall.
