Went to this Japanese resto with my friend and my sis, as my friend treated us to dinner. .The resto offered free appetisers, including cucumber, potato and carrot slices and pickles. We then ordered the following dishes to share:-Fluorescent Squid (HKD48)The squid was fresh with a slimey texture and had a sweet-briny flavour. -Fried Chicken Soft Bone (HKD48)The chicken bone was crispy and pleasantly chewy, although it would have been nicer if it were hotter. -Ishidai Sashimi (HKD468)The portion

The portion was a bit smaller and the slices were thinner than we expected.

The oysters were relatively huge with a strong umami taste.

Firm and paired well with their self-made egg yolk sauce.
--Chicken Gizzard (HKD38)
Rich and savoury with a chewy texture.
--Chicken Heart (HKD38)
Musky and earthy with a mild flavour.
--Chicken Liver (HKD38)
Light in texture with a slightly metallic taste.
--Thick Beef Tongue (HKD68)
Thick, nicely-grilled and well-marinated, resulting in a savoury taste.
--Quail Egg (HKD38)
The egg was on a firmer side with a bouncy texture.

-Grilled Rice Ball (HKD48)
Hotly-served with a slightly grilled crispy surface.
For drinks, I ordered Precious (HKD65), a non-alcoholic drink made with peach, lychee, apple juice and soda water. The drink was quite sweet.
My sis ordered First Sight (HKD65), a mix of yuzu, lemon juice, apple juice and soda water, which was comparatively more refreshing.

We received free ice cream by following their social media accounts at the time. The ice cream tasted rather plain though.

The resto was quite small, spanning two stories. The second floor was in a somewhat hidden area, making it challenging to locate without staff guidance.
