Overall the food quality is quite good and but service is way below standard and need lots of improvement. In terms of tables and seating arrangement it seems like each customer is being treated differently and not consistence. We were put into a room which seldom you will see a staff to come into the room to serve you tea or to even take the order which is not even up to basic standard. Furthermore, one of our dish has been told that it needs to be wait for 10 minutes to be served and we didn’t
Furthermore, one of our dish has been told that it needs to be wait for 10 minutes to be served and we didn’t think it would be a problem in the end we waited 45 minutes and the server even surprised that we had not been served yet. I am sure that order has been missed or put into another table for sure which the whole logistic of the order is a mess.
It seems like the whole servicing and organisation is really a mess. Finally we gave up that dish and leave since we were not in the mood. As we were going out of the restaurant, we heard an angry customer complaining that they were promised to have their seats available and their friends are on their way but now the table seems to be occupied. It seems even the manager was asked to come out to explain the situation.
Well from the service i had in this restaurant that I am not surprised. Just once and not again. I feel sorry for the chef.
