As I live in Shatin this is the second time I visit this restaurant for their rice noodles. I have ordered the cordyceps chicken soup base and it came with shredded chicken and lettuce. The soup base is enriched with cooking wine and it takes the taste to the next level. Also I’ve ordered the “saliva chicken” like last time. It is flavoursome and the portion is reasonably big. This is by far my favourite dish. I would totally recommend this place but make sure you have plenty of time because it
