We have an immense passion for Japanese cuisine, especially when it comes to omakase. Among the standout dishes in this omakase experience was the impeccably tender tako sashimi, with its meat effortlessly gliding through our mouths. Additionally, I was particularly fond of the taro, which melted on our tongues like a delicate sensation. The seared ebi sushi 🍣 offered a delightful and pleasantly sweet surprise. And of course, one cannot overlook the tamago (egg), specially prepared to resemble a sponge cake. Furthermore, it's worth highlighting the restaurant's commitment to sustainable food practices, such as utilizing fish bones to create a slow -boiled soup.Here is the Sumeragi menu that we had:
