I like the scallion and ham pastry from local bakeries, and I’m always on a mission to try out all of them after identifying one really delicious piece in YMT. This bakery in Quarry Bay serves the pastry for $15.5 and it’s fresh out of the oven. Topped with a baked cheese disc, the bread was hot, and very fresh. Perhaps I’ll eat more to compare further.
This pastry is known for its triangular shape, and this bakery tops it with sesame seeds and baked cheese in the middle.
