Salisterra is a Mediterranean restaurant located on the highest level of the Upper House, one of the top-notch hotels in Hong Kong. My first meal there was not Mediterranean though – I simply had breakfast as part of my hotel accommodation package. There is a wide range of breakfast that you can choose from. We went for English and Chinese.English breakfast setGreek yoghurt, house granola, blueberries, honeyWhite or brown toast, better, house preservesTwo eggs – fried, boiled, poached or scrambl

Food was not bad. We were offered a table next to the window and the view of Hong Kong’s skyline was definitely spectacular. What’s better than enjoying a leisure breakfast while observing the hustle and bustle of the CBD?
