I first assumed they would put a tiny amount of the toppings on the sourdough, but they put a massive heap in tbe toasted sourdough.The toppings were very creamy, with a good mix of minced tuna on guacamole, and a hint of citrusy flavour. Makes a great brunch, starts the day well and fills you up due to the fatty content.Very presentable as well, with edible flowers on top.🌟

🍳 𝙷𝙰𝚂𝙷 𝙱𝚁𝙾𝚆𝙽 𝚆/ 𝙲𝙷𝙾𝚁𝙸𝚉𝙾.𝙵𝚁𝙸𝙴𝙳 𝙴𝙶𝙶.𝙼𝙰𝚈𝙾 $𝟾𝟾
The hashbrowns were very textureous, with potato fibres interlaced inbetween. Does not feel mushy to the bite. Combined with the poached egg, creates a thick emulsion like brunch. Also more filling than you would expect. The rocket on the side would help with the oiliness.

As a cafe, they take their coffee quite seriously, allowing customers to smell the ground coffee beans prior to making the coffee, and with a huge collection of beans from different regions, a good sniff would be recommended before selection.
