It’s still hot in October, nothing is better than going day drunk with an icy glass of white sparkling wine sangria! Croquette of the day: prawn & jamón flavours, I picked the former. I’ve never had a croquette this good, the inside was like a hot creamy lava, with an extremely light and crunchy deep fried shell. The cherry tomato salad on the side was equally impressive, it’s mixed with an excellently fragrant and sweet dressings with chives.

p.s. there’s an open kitchen island near the doorway, you can sneak peek the chef hand-knead the croquettes and meatballs, behind the trays of pickles and anchovies.
Octopus a la gallega on a bed of smooth buttery mashed potato, served with smoked paprika and olive oil. The octopus felted like they’ve been delicately slow cooked, tender, squishy and delicious.
Iberico ham Bikini sandwiches: honestly so good. Sandwiches were perfectly panfried, crispy golden brown, and stuffed with savoury Iberico ham, black truffle and melty cheese. ¡MUY BIEN!
