It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The Landau's Choucroute Garnie, a dish with crispy and soft pork belly, marinated duck leg, sausage, and sauerkraut, was a true highlight, showcasing the chef's techniques.
For dessert, the Pistachio Crème Brûlée and Winter Nuts & Fruit Tart were both indulgent and delightful.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the element of surprise in each dish. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was both Instagramable and thoughtful.
