🐷🍜Kokuryu Pork Rib Ramen*2 (HKD88*2).There are lots of ramen resto in Wan Chai, and I saw ppl recommend this on Instagram. That's y I went here after listening to a talk with my colleague. .We both ordered Kokuryu Pork Rib Ramen. I got double spicy for the spiciness and firm for the texture of the noodle. Hence, the noodle was firm to the bite and chewy. The broth was thick and creamy, which made it stand out from normal shio broth. The pork belly was savoury but not fat as they used lean meat.

The resto's interior was well-organized and clean. A bit sad that they couldn't operate fully due to covid restrictions during that time.

Usually there is be a long queue, so better get there at 1200 sharp if one can.
