After a meeting at Causeway Bay, I had lunch alone at a new eatery called Cha Cha Cha 茶涮涮 at Fashion Walk. Shabu shabu was provided at dinner time. There were plenty choices including teriyaki Australian rib eye steak set, grilled US free range chicken steak set, Japanese enoki beef rolls set, grilled eel set, grilled kurobuta pork set, tempura set, deep fired iberico pork loin set, assorted sashimi set, assorted sushi set with kitsune buckwheat noodle, sea urchin salmon don, etc.
I ordered a Japanese enoki beef rolls set with Japanese wagyu.
The set was of very good quality. Green salad was refreshing and fresh. Tofu was smooth. Miso soup with tofu and seaweed was appetising. Niigata rice was fragrant and sweet.
There were eight delicious beef rolls. The Japanese wagyu was so tender and juicy. The marinated enoki mushrooms wrapped inside the rolls were cut to short pieces to facilitate your enjoyment.
Lastly, mango ice cream was served.
While the restaurant was nearly full at 1pm, service was efficient. The shop manager and waiter were courteous and attentive to customers' needs. They were proactive to refill hot green tea.
I was fully content with this meal set.
