After we finished our sports, we walked around nearby to have our dinner. We walked past this restaurant and was attracted by their decor and food offered. Yama shǒuzhì was located at Boundary Street, several minutes walk from Prince Edward MTR.The seating was mainly bar top setting, able to sit around 7 to 8 person, but it was still cosy and comfortable. For their dinner menu, they mainly served side dishes, skewers and fried items and drinks etc.
Iced green tea was cooling, with strong green tea taste. It goes well with those food I ordered.
手工樱花蝦醬拌凍豆腐 - Cold tofu was very soft and smooth, and when added with sakura shrimp prawn sauce, it became flavourful and appetizing.
山系燒雞皮 - Chicken skin was grilled till very crispy and crunchy, thin in texture.
燒鰈魚 - Flounder was grilled till the skin was crispy and the fish meat was very soft and smooth, juicy as well.
蟹肉忌亷餅 - It was fried till the skin was soft and crispy and yet the crab meat inside was juicy. Mayo cream was spread onto it to make it creamy and tasty.
和風高湯煮日本沙白蜆 - The soup was clear and sweet, with strong white wine taste. The chef was generous with the serving of white clams, which was chewy and juicy.
