the steakhouse has js relocated frm the 7th to the 24th floor of California Tower in early may bringing us their UPGRADED MENU plus the gorgeous view of the hk skyline!!! 𖦹 bang bang shrimp $68𖦹 squid "games" $68𖦹 korean hanwoo beef tartare $158v crunchy & ive particularly enjoyed the seaweed seasoning for the squid, its gving 和風紫菜shake shake powder ^^ had numerous beef tartares bfore bt this one hit different - beautiful presentation & the beef paired well w the crisps & sauce!𖦹 pickled mussel

v crunchy & ive particularly enjoyed the seaweed seasoning for the squid, its gving 和風紫菜shake shake powder ^^ had numerous beef tartares bfore bt this one hit different - beautiful presentation & the beef paired well w the crisps & sauce!

the former one was more like an refreshing appetiser featuring fregola & chilli ; while in the latter one the fresh mussels were drenched in garlic white wine sauce thts SUPER yummy we couldn’t stop devouring them!!!!!

𖦹 tenderloin 6oz $428
𖦹 ribeye 7oz $378

we got the tenderloin from australia thts had an STUNNING PINKISH, tender interior & the wagyu blood eye frm new zealand! its more fatty compared to the tenderloin w burnt edges BOTH WERE cooked to perfect medium rare!!!!
