We booked a table for eleven people, including six children, for dinner on Saturday after reading positive reviews. To ensure a smooth experience, the restaurant recommended pre-ordering dishes. We pre-ordered seven dishes in advance. However, one and a half hours into our meal, and after multiple follow-ups with five different managers, only one of our pre-ordered dishes had been served.

For the first hour, we received only three small and under-seasoned appetizers, one stir fried vegetable dish, and a small plate of BBQ pork. We also had to order five plain rice and a fried rice just to feed the hungry children.

None of the managers offered even a simple gesture like a plate of peanuts while we waited, let alone an apology for the inconvenience.

We ended up cancelling five of the seven pre-ordered dishes and went home hungry. We still paid HKD 2,300 for the meal, which included over HKD 300 for tea, over HKD 100 for plain rice, a stir-fried vegetable dish, BBQ pork, and two other hot dishes.

To be fair, the restaurant is clean and well-lit. However, the service from all the managers was consistently subpar and lacked any semblance of customer service.
