Though we initially made a reservation at Gingko for their vegetarian menu and expected just an ordinary night, our meal soon turned into a nostalgic party with live music and a salad buffet.Since it’s a mid-range restaurant (slightly on the pricey side of things), it helps to know that you’re paying for the entire experience and also supporting a social enterprise. It’s so rare to find a proper vegetarian menu in HK, so I was really glad to have found this place ❤️
