In Hong Kong, it’s common to share a table with strangers especially during lunchtime at popular spots. This restaurant is one of the popular Mi Xian (rice noodles) places. Even though we went on a weekday, it was busy. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait too long, but of course we had to sit with other people. Even though we went on a weekday, it was busy. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait too long, but of course we had to sit with other people.
We ordered the spicy noodles w/ fried pork ribs and the satay noodles w/ salt & pepper fried chicken which are their signature dishes. I loved their fried food. It was super crispy, not too oily and had the perfect amount of spices. Also, their spicy soup was very flavourful and went well with the rice noodles which was soft and not too mushy. 😋
