Okay food, terrible service

Had dinner here at Pandan with kids. We have double checked with service staff that dishes we ordered are not spicy since our kids cannot eat spicy food. First of all, the food took forever to be delivered (the restaurant is about 1/3 full), then the staff missed one dish from the order, last but not least the dish we double and triple checked with the staff ended up being super spicy, completely non-eatable for our kids. The overall experience was not very pleasant.
