I think the meal was OK, but not particularly gastronomic. The appetizer was good, but the main course I felt was not very delicate - I was actually food a little more fine in terms of quality and more complicated in terms of ingredients used.Service was pretty good. They adopted the French system where they would introduce every course in terms of what ingredients were used. I think that was a nice, professional touch. Nice surprise I find such level of seriousness in HK dining.
