I have heard about Din Tai Fung even before I have moved back to HK and have tried their branch in Seattle, but thought that it was just average. I was hoping that the HK one would blow me away. There's always an enormous line here so prepare to wait if you are coming here on the weekends. Once seated, we ordered the usual Shanghainese food like xiao lung bao, spicy sliced beef, chopped tofu and veggie, and many more.
