Not worth the price

My wife and I were enjoying a day in Stanley and thought about trying one of the restaurants. As we passed Spiaggia, my wife asked if they served nachos. The woman said yes and they have huge portions here. So how could we refuse a huge amount of food. The price was a little high for the kinds of food they had on the menu. I didnt care because we were expecting to do some serious eating. I ordered a pizza and the huge plate of nachos. They food came really quickly, almost strangely quick. I im

My wife and I were enjoying a day in Stanley and thought about trying one of the restaurants. As we passed Spiaggia, my wife asked if they served nachos. The woman said yes and they have huge portions here. So how could we refuse a huge amount of food. The price was a little high for the kinds of food they had on the menu. I didnt care because we were expecting to do some serious eating. I ordered a pizza and the huge plate of nachos. They food came really quickly, almost strangely quick. I immediately noticed the portion size was extremely small. Now i am comparing this with restaurants like HARD ROCK CAFE, DAN RYANS, RUBY TUESDAYS. The nachos were so small i seriously asked if they gave us something from the kids menu. I was told that there was no kids menu and that was the normal size. The pizza was a little small but seemed acceptable. Now the good stuff, we are going to destroy this food. My first bit of nachos is a little chewy and the beef tastes funny. They microwaved the nachos to melt the cheese. You could taste the microwaved beef and soft chips. The pizza was a little better but it tasted like a frozen pizza, the crust was really soggy.
No one ever came to refill our water or even ask if we enjoyed our meal. I think they already know the food sucks.
This restaurant was a huge disappointment. I dont know how they can compete with the others restaurants in Stanley. They are perfect for the tv show KITCHEN NIGHTMARES.

PS I felt sick all night from my microwaved food. It was so worth 350 dollars.
