Called me up at 11 to tell me the kitchen needed extra time to prepare and asked if I could delay for half an hour...no problem. Only waited for us to order - not when they called, not when we were seated - did they notify their in-house pasta was unavailable and was replaced by off-the-shelf regular substitute...a definite no. Honest mistake, such as breaking a glass (and taking 5 minutes for someone to clean it), and forgetting to notify the kitchen to prepare our mains until appetizers were
