Can’t deny that you can only find good beef entrails in small hidden local street food stalls, and this place is definitely one of them. The beef entrails include pancreas, intestines, spleen, lungs etc. All soaked in the savory sauce that taste in strong herbs seasonings, even better when served with a few drops of chilli sauce!
🍥Shaomai with steamed rice rolls
Steamed rice rolls of thin layers are more on the chewy side. Freshly made and served with tasty sweet sauce and sesame sauce together with shaomai. It’s my all time favourite breakfast choice!
🍜Cart Noodles
Another dish that could satisfy your local food cravings. I ordered chicken wings and soft pork knuckles with rice vermicelli. The chicken wings are particularly nice as it tastes rich in marinated sauce, savory and appetising.
