The chicken wing was a standout - the skin had been air-dried to develop a thin crispy texture and locked in the meat juice. Crunchy and moist beef tongue that was served medium. Briny dried mackerel balanced out by the ponzu and daikon oroshi. Sweet Japanese gingko and mini eggplant, followed by grilled seasoned rice ball topped with loads of savory mentaiko.

Aromatic coconut flavor. Dense and slightly creamy. Perfect dessert after a scrumptious meal.
