Spicy noodle

Each noodle comes with two thin slices of pork loin, a halved boiled egg, seaweed, bamboos shoot and some scallion. It is recommended to dip the noodle into the soup to get the strong flavour from the soup.

This spicy noodle was spicy enough with extra spiced powder on top. It was not overwhelmingly spicy but it had a nice kick to it. If you can't handle spicy, just don't dip too much.

Pork bone noodle

The gellatin rich soup was almost firming a layer of gel on the surface. This soup base has a bit more veggie in it, the prominent pork flavour was nicely complimented with any ramen noodle. A classic flavour to enjoy for those who loves pork soup.

Sakura shrimp noodle

This sakura shrimp noodle was my favourite, the fishy shrimp flavour was mouthwatering. I particularly liked the mix of chewiness and crunchiness from the soaked tiny sakura shrimp. The soup was pretty savoury itself and so try not to dip too much but I liked to scrape all the shrimp and mix with my bowl of dry noodles.

Cheese Rice

Since the portion size of the ramen wasn't too big. After you finish your ramen, you may order a bowl of cheese rice and cook it in your soup. We have used our pork bone based soup to cook this rice. The cheese flavour was lifted after it was cooked with the pork soup. The sticky gooey texture was just sexy and everyone just dived into it. It was really run to make it and tasty at the same time, I highly recommend you to give it a try if you aren't too full after the ramen!
