Went back to see they have made any improvement while they are cooking the Nissin noodle. NOT AT ALL .This place simply cooked the Nissin noodle in advance; they did not cook on order. That was the reasons the texture was so soft, not al dente !.Their famous stuff is still the pork chop, the others were done with AVERAGE quality. The egg was fried with a lot of oil and came out with dark dirt from the wok!
