First, eat the sour-sweet seaweed to cleanse the palate, then enjoy the rich-tasting foie gras, and finally, the refreshing burdock.
▪️seasonal sashimi combo
Includes sweet shrimp, medium tuna, butterfish, golden eye snapper, and salmon - all with a smooth, fresh and flavorful taste. For the chef's offerings, it's pretty good.
▪️ Japanese live oysters
Not top-tier, but close to what you'd get at the fish market in Japan - big in size, fatty and juicy, with a strong ocean taste.
▪️Seafood Hamayaki
The star is the fresh South African abalone - black-brown in color, thick and wide, and still moving before being grilled. After cooking, it becomes a bit thinner but still has a nice bite, tasting sweet and delicious. The plump, juicy Hakodate ark shell and Hokkaido scallop are also very fresh and sweet. And they grill them right in front of you, with flames flying everywhere - quite a sight.

The crab shell is filled with rich crab meat, and after being grilled, it's fragrant. The rice cracker helps balance out the salty-savory taste.
