I have not had pho for quite a long time as it's not easy to get the pho with authentic broth and delicate rice noodles.The pho here was nice, the beef broth was clear and you won't get thirsty after drinking it. The rice noodles were smooth and the sliced beef was tender. The deep fried shrimp cake was crispy and flavourful.
