We visited this restaurant for lunch and opted for the 4-course executive lunch priced at $468, which includes an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. Upon entering, the impressive library-themed decor and stunning harbor view immediately caught our attention. The restaurant is spacious and was quite busy during lunchtime. 🥂 Charcoal Grilled Spanish Octopus
The diced dried octopus was paired with smoked oyster foam, wasabi gel, baby greens, and green apple. This chilled dish was refreshing, with the green apple adding a lovely burst of freshness.
🥂 French Steak Tartare and Beef Hash Brown
Instead of the usual crackers, the steak tartare here is served with beef hash brown, accompanied by jalapeno foam that adds a nice kick of flavour.
🥂 Hummus & Artichoke Bisque
This rich soup, made with sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, black garlic, and fennel in a chicken broth, struck the perfect balance of flavours.

Topped with a sourdough puff pastry and served with brandy whipped cream, the lobster bisque offered a bold, intense flavor.
🥂 Charcoal Grilled Holstein Rib Eye Steak (+$158)
A generous 300g prime rib eye steak, cooked to perfection at medium doneness, was served with duck fat potatoes, grilled okra, and a black truffle demi-glace. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. It’s definitely my favourite dish of the meal.

Both cakes were beautifully decorated, with smooth, creamy mousse and sweet fruit along, creating a delightful end to the meal.
With its elegant presentation, pleasant ambiance, and diverse menu, this restaurant is certainly worth a visit.
