Tried out this new, cozy cafe at Prince Edward, The Site!✨ Here’s what we ordered (in order)ic 1️⃣: 𝑯𝒐𝒋𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂 𝑳𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆 / 鮮奶日式焙茶 - $55 hkd 🍵 — Super pretty drink! The drink was sweetened with black sugar which I thought overpowered the hojicha taste a little bit, but it did give the drink an aromatic, deep roasted flavour. — Was really impressed by the presentation of this and it definitely tasted as good as it looks! The scrambled eggs were silky smooth and very well seasoned. The bacon was nicely seared to give it that crispy finish and smoky flavour. It also added to the savoury element of the toast. Avocado was ripe and fresh, and is always great with toast.

— Another beautifully presented dish! I loved the crabmeat as it fresh and the flavours were really well balanced. The crabmeat was mixed in with mayo and chopped veggies, which gave it even more flavour. Overall, the veggies were crisp and fresh, and the tobiko on top added a really nice crunchy element too!


Pic 4️⃣: 𝑱𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒚𝒍𝒆 𝑷𝒖𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 / 日式焦糖布甸 - $48 hkd 🍮
— Really wanted to try their range of desserts but they were all sold out by the time we got there 🥲At least we got to try out this one! The texture of the pudding was smooth and creamy, but a little on the firm end. It tasted really intensely of milk but I personally think it could’ve done with a bit of vanilla or something for a bit of aroma. The caramel sauce was pretty good, but it wasn’t sweet enough and could’ve been more rich/burnt. Overall a good dessert though.
