I have always been a fan of creamy and milky ice cream, with iCREAMERiA as one of my favourites, however, I can say with confidence now that Tokachi is becoming my top favourite in Hong Kong. The taste of milk is also very prominent, 🥛as if you are drinking a carton of good quality Japanese milk! The addition of toasted macadamia bits also give a nice crunchy texture and a slight caramel flavour to cut off some of the fattiness from the milk. For the cone, it was alright, not much notable comment. The star of the show is definitely the ice cream. As we devour through the ice cream cone, we realised the ice cream were piped purposefully with a hollow centre. Although it is quite pricey for a cone, it’s a good indulgent treat once in a while!⭐️
One thing to note is that the store is also relatively small, with limited counter to stand by. During peak hours, expect crowded space and likely have to get away from the store to find a place to enjoy it.
