4/5Pot rice is legend, rice is the best part, also the crispy bottom. Spareribs is nicely marinated too, texture and flavour perfect, not feeling greasy even some got the fatty patty. Eel wish the have less bone, but is as good as always.Dim sum I like the prawn dumplings, skin and fillings on point and is huge. Siu Mai is a little too much fat meat, otherwise flavour n texture would be lovely. Pan fried chives dumplings wish they could fired a little more, and fillings a little mushy. Salty egg
