📍1111 Ones Restaurant and Lounge 1111 is one of the new places in Central. The entrance decor and the wavy bar counter design were very photogenic. The most amazing item of the lunch menu is actually their take on 蔥油餅 with a house made miso butter. The two together was not only unique but also tasted great.
For appetizer, the burrata, with heirloom Atomato and yuzu coulis was refreshing.
The mushroom soup was thick and creamy. Just that the fried enoki mushroom doesn’t work in terms of texture.
Their mains were rather disappointing. The pork belly was quite dry and the skin was very tough instead of being crispy. The same goes to the fish as well .
For dessert, the mango yatsuhashi with mango ice cream is nice.
Heard that the dinner menu is more tailored with matching photos. Probably need to give it another try to be fair.
