The legendary Samsen - best Thai boat noodles in Hong Kong by a mile!Super dense wagyu soup base, perfectly tender medium-rare sliced beef, bouncy little meatballs. What’s more, the texture of the glass noodles were “soggy” to some, but it’s exactly how it should be to absorb the essence of the soup! Well, just try it! Another main course was wok fried rice with crab meat - generous amount of genuine crab meat with spring onions, egg and garlic. Served with a homemade spicy sauce, adding heat to the palate, exciting!
Last but not least were pandan coconut dumplings with warm salted ice cream. Really tasty that brings me back to Thailand, love those combination of flavours.
Remember to arrive early or expect a half-hour wait!
