Heard this ramen restaurant for long time and finally tried it. It’s a good place for lunch in Kowloon Tong. Queue for lunch was not that long.Tasting Notes:Shio Hamaguri Soup RamenThe broth made of clams, pork and fish was easy to drink with. Its taste was not very fishy but sweet and simply spiced up with porcini flakes and oil. And its texture was less dense than the traditional ramen broth made of pork. I like this even more than its signature ramen in Hamaguri broth😅 Pepper was the soul, bringing out stronger flavour of the ramen and fueling my body for warmth🔥Not a drop of broth left🤤
