I came here to try the resturant, because i wanted to invite my family for dinner around TST so i tried a few resturants in this area. We came on a sunday, and it wasn't busy at all which was a surprise as we thought that it would be very busy (we arrived at 11:20). we were seated, ordered tea, and a few dim sum and a portion of peking noodles. Before the food even came, my sister found a hair inside the cup of tea...these things happen and i just told the waitress and she changed her cup and th
shanghai dumplings 4 pieces ( really good quality!! there was soup still in it!)
Deep fried man toa 1 piece (fairly bit, but totally dry no condensed milk came with it, not recommended)
wor teep 4 pieces (average )
sping onion pancake thing (never tried this before...it was so so)
peking hanmade noodle- ok size portion (the noodles itself was pretty good but the dish barely had flavour! it just consist of oil!!!!)
The bill came to $240 for 3 people. which is expensive if you compare to other place....
I know this place is suppose to be famous for its peking duck ($400) and beggers chicken( $370 i think) but we definitely couldn't finish it off for lunch so we didn't order or we knew that beggers chicken requires prebooking, but i came here last year with my auntie and from my memory the peking duck was average.
