An interesting mix of lychee oolong vodka, Cointreau and cranberry juice but it tasted a bit too strong for girls but not bad as compared to other drinks Tummy had in Soho district🫐🍓
Toffee Apple and Rum Rasin Pancake HK$138
Tummy did not hold a high expectation but both of us agreed that it is one of the best pancake we had in Hong Kong💯. The butter is so rich in the pancake and the texture is so light and soft 🤤💖 The sliced toffee apple is able to retain its crunchiness 🍎🥧. We liked the fact that the dish is not excessively sweetened. The hot pancake and the cold ice cream🍨. The slightly sour apple and the plump rum raisin🍇. Perfect is the word. 😋

Must-have for mushroom lovers.🍄 The truffle paste is not too salty and generous in portion. 🤩
Amadai Fish with Orange Fennel Salad HK$238
Very surprised to see that the chef used Uroko-yaki (立鱗燒) technique, which is usually used in Omakase or fine-dining. 👍🏻 A thoughtful dish - the orange fennel salad, which is a mix of some red onions🧅, cabbage and orange🍊, tries to to balance the rather oily fried fish. 🐟 However, the fish is still a bit too dry.

We are satisfied that the starter goes with the Salad 🥗 but same issue as the above, the fried sausage meat is too dry 🌭 and the lava effect of the egg is insufficient 🍳🤌🏼
