This season, the culinary team enhances its menu with cultivating summer dishes across its à la carte menu with creative presentations of traditional favourites.

Some of my favorites include:
🔹 Crispy Rice Cones with Diced Beef Filling 金盞牛柳粒鍋巴卷 *super crispy on the outside but tender within
🔹 Typhoon Shelter Style Australian Lobster 避風塘澳洲龍蝦 *the lobster is super fresh and perfectly cooked with great texture
🔹 Brandied Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Moutai 茅台白酒釀湯圓 *love how they spray extra moutai on top after it’s served
🔹 Sliced Pork Terrine with Zhenjiang Black Vinegar 雙色鎮江肴肉 *love the flavour and I’m a vinegar lover
🔹 Steamed Xiao Long Bao 灌湯小籠包 *the skin is super thin yet after getting it with chopstick the bao doesn’t burst open, very impressive

🔹 Braised Fish Maw with Chinese Cabbage Casserole 砂鍋濃湯花膠津白湯 *everyone knows how big of a soup lover am I and with such lovely ingredients the soup is super nice
🔹 Deep-Fried Pork with Fresh Fruit in Sweet and Sour Sauce 鮮果糖醋肉 *the pork is so tender I thought that I was eating squid, the flavor is super nice one of my all time favorite Chinese dish
🔹 Lobster Soup with Fish Noodles and Scallop 龍蝦湯魚麵帶子 *last but not least this was the most impressive dish to me for the night as the scallop was so big and fresh and I love how they served it with lobster soup, also the chef prepares it right before my eyes, both my eyes and stomach were satisfied on the night
