🍹Lovely Boutique Resto 西營盤高質小店🍴—————-Learnt about the backstory to this resto on YouTube and have been dying to try since then! Really admired the chef’s determination and strength, starting a restaurant is definitely not easier, and they make EVERYTHING from scratch! Can’t wait to try their pork knuckle and other pastries next time! 好欣賞店主嘅創業精神，好佩服佢哋嘅團隊，所有嘢都係一手一腳自己做，無論係用幾日時間醃製嘅德國豬手，定係牛角包、司康、千層酥、麵包，都係親力親為，真係唔容易！Side note, my only negative comment is that the name of this resto is just not memorab

Side note, my only negative comment is that the name of this resto is just not memorable enough, I wld suggest a name that has more uniqueness to it, such as “Spätzle” since bigs actually one of their specialty!

💭First time trying German spätzle and I really enjoyed it, the mini spätzle dumplings were handmade with the perfect chewy texture! Would definitely recommend! The entire plate was gone in a flash! 😋麵團係人手做，口感煙韌，有驚喜，兩下食晒😂

💭The blueberries were super refreshing and sweet, the cream was airy and smooth, a lovely combo with the pastry layers!

💭Love the flavour combo of creme fraiche, onions and bacon! Feel like it had been left in the oven for a little too long tho as the edges looked a little burnt🙈
