Grilled fish has become sort of a recent trend in the food scene. I love how you can share a whole fish with your friends, and simply have a great time. I’ve been to a couple restaurant that served the dishes, but none of those impressed me. Today, I decided to give this restaurant a try, as they called themselves the king of grilled fish. Well, we’ll see about that. We ordered their famous Grilled Bass. The bass itself is huge, which can serve up to 3 to 4 people. The bass is grilled perfectly,

We ordered their famous Grilled Bass. The bass itself is huge, which can serve up to 3 to 4 people. The bass is grilled perfectly, and placed inside this spicy broth. We asked them for mild spicy and we do get mild spicy, which I really appreciated that. Although the grilled bass was kept cooking the whole time, it’s still very tender and juicy.

We also ordered a cold dish to start with. This spicy cold dish skin is very special. I like how chewy that is.

Besides the bass, we also tried their hand-cut beef. The beef is very flavorful and with the spice of the broth, I can’t complaint.
