As Winter solstice was nearing, I planned to pack some roasted meat back home to celebrate with my family. As I was at Chai Wan area doing some errands, I went to King Well Restaurant. They served a wide range of meat, such as roasted meat, BBQ pork, chicken, goose and ribs etc.
Roasted meat was roasted till the skin was very crispy and the meat was juicy and chewy, with some fats in between .Mustard was provided to dip onto it.
BBQ pork was marinated till very juicy and chewy, sweet in taste.
