It was the most amazing weekend I had at Rosewood in early April 💕 Food, service and room, everything is perfect! The package included a staycation meal at select restaurants (Holt’s Cafe, Bayfare Social or The Legacy House). 🍽 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 :
▐ Rest & Reset at Rosewood▐
▐ Tuna Tartare▐
Flavoured with sour sauce sitting on avocado dices and sliced radish on top. Some dices were over-ripe and turned to brown. Apart from this the tuna was well marinated.
▐ Steak Tartare▐
Pairing with 2 toasts infused with flavour-boosting ingredients like green onion, mustard, anchovy and shredded Parmesan. The loaded cheese took it to the next level.
▐ Cod Fish▐
Crispy golden outside and flakey tender inside, it served in clam soup to put a healthy twist on a classic. The umami sweet taste of soup would push you to finish the whole pot😋
▐ Paella of the Day▐
It was a cod fish and squid paella on our visit. I think it was too moist for my liking but the rice was rich and flavourful.
▐ Vanilla Puff▐
Crispy and airy shell filled with vanilla cream in rich taste😋😋😋The cream was silky but not greasy.
▐ Red Velvet Cake▐
A simple layered-cream cake which promises an instagrammable photo.

Mentioned on their website, it is a buzzing tapas-inspired gastro market served with an array of Spanish feasts. It creates a cozy and relaxing dining ambience.

💰 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 : Having these Spanish feasts without any extra charges in hotel was good value for the money. I will deffo come back again for trying other dishes. Love Rosewood 💕
