Stumbled upon Zankyou Izakaya in Happy Valley. First thing that came to my mind by pronouncing their restaurant name in Cantonese was "サンキュー" meaning "thank you" in Japanese. ◆とんかつ ざるそば Zarusoba w/ Deep-fried Pork Loin
Lunch set included miso soup, salad and a drink - we could pick canned Asahi as well which was awesome. Served with an ice cold glass. The pork had been pounded into a thin and tender cutlet. Soba was boiled on point.

Also ordered a draft Sapporo and some skewers to munch on. The eggs they used were the ones with deep orange egg yolk which tasted rich. All skewers were delicately seasoned and served piping hot. Reasonable prices too.
