The US cinnamon roll brand opened was brought to HK earlier this year, and they’ve now recently opened their second branch in Tung Chung👏🏼Baked and rolled from scratch on site daily to ensure absolute freshness. Went on a Saturday morning to fetch up the goodies - I tried the apple cinnamon and chocolate and Peanut butter minibons on the spot (both limited-time products at HK$35 each). The apple 🍎cinnamon was stunning, I love the cinnamon spiced apples and how it accompanies flawlessly with the cinnamon roll, to release a subtle sweetness.
The choco 🍫 and PB is for those who would like to join in the bandwagon but are not so much a cinnamon fan. The intense chocolate roll slathered with a rich layer of chunky peanut butter 🥜.
I also tried their apple cinnamon cappuccino ☕️, as someone who barely goes for flavoured coffee this apple cinnamon beverage was a surprise - it really elicited a lovely apple cinnamon taste, and the aftertaste was so fulfilling.
Their cinnabons are sold in store on hot plates for 30 mins (they actually have timers for the batches - impressive), if they don’t sell within the time period, they go to the cooling rack to undergo the re-frosting process to ensure that air doesn’t go in to dehydrate the dough.
Back to the regulars - classic, caramel peconbon and the chocolate all guaranteed a decadent and memorising experience. For first time goers, perhaps try their classic, can’t really go wrong✌🏼!
The cinnachips cater to those who love crunchy crunchy. They come with a pot of their cream cheese frosting, making them great snacking ideas😉
