A local Cha Chaan Teng classic, and you can never really go wrong with the dish. The thick cut pork chop was my personal favourite, the texture was bouncy, tender and went so well with the rice.

The king prawns were particularly appetizing with the pineapple and the bell peppers, and adding a few slices of pickled ginger can definitely liven up the flavour!
