Impolite staff

Staff esp the chef is super impolite. And worst is the soup for 沾麵 was cold and staff still want to argue it’s the Japanese standard. Supposed it should be kept at 70 degree and the one being served was cold like at 20 degree! I used to go here and it was quite good before and the management was so run down and I believe I will not dine in anymore
