The Hunan House has opened a new branch in Hong Kong serving up Hunan delicacies. The restaurant, located inside Wharney Hotel, was fully-staffed on the day we visited. An attendent introduced their signature dishes to us right after we were seated. Zuan TofuAn extraordinary "tofu" made of shrimp, chicken and pork. Stir-fried Beef
A strong-flavored and slightly spicy dish. Beef and pork slices with lots of chopped chili pepper. The pork was fatty with a firm rind while the beef had a robust flavor.

Coconut Pudding
The pudding was smooth with mild coconut aroma which matched well with the sweet red beans. Served at room temperature.
