The soup made with apple, fish, pork bones, fig and yam tasted sweet and delicate.
Dumpling wrappers were tender with a pleasant chewy texture. The succulent matsutake dumplings were fragrant with a good amount of meat, while the black fungus, cabbage and pork dumplings were layered with various textures and had a balanced ratio of meat to veggies.
Pan-fried dumplings were crispy on the outside and bursting with meat juice inside.
As for the drinks, we ordered a glass of thirst-quenching hawthorn and pear tea and a glass of smooth and hot soy milk.
