Was excited to come here for lunch to try their tsukemen. After ordering their signature kanzan tsukemen my food arrived within a minute or two. I was really surprised but happy that the wait wasn’t long. Just assumed that there wasn’t much time needed for prep. The noodles were not bad, ok chew to it. The egg was jammy.
