— Would you look at that otoro 🤤 This basically melted in my mouth and you could tell just how fresh the sashimi was. Everything about this was so simple yet so delicious. All of their sashimi rice bowls make use of high-quality Japanese sashimi and they don’t skimp on portion size! This set comes with miso soup and small side dishes which are guaranteed to fill you up!

— Can’t go wrong with this combination! Once again, sashimi was super tasty and fresh. The uni was quite creamy with a nice umami taste to it. They were also quite generous with the amount of uni in this donburi as a lot of restaurants give you the tiniest amount.
Might have to say that the salmon was the highlight of this bowl. It was so fatty and had a buttery taste to it. Yellowtail was a bit less impressive because it lacked a sweetness to it. But overall a very enjoyable rice bowl.
⭐️Would visit again?: Yes! It’s my go-to spot for high quality sashimi don!
